Where are diamonds delivered?
Diamonds will be delivered to your agency dashboard, which you can access from your account profile. The diamonds will be added to the diamonds in your account (if any) and the total diamonds will be shown.
How do I divide diamonds and create packages?
- From agency dashboard click on "Create Package"
- Choose the number of diamonds in the package
- Set price for the package
- Click "Publish" to make it appear on your reseller page
Note: you can't edit active packages, you need to click on disable to be able to edit it every time.
How to send diamonds to the buyer?
- When a buyer submit order to you, you will receive a notification so you can go to "Pending Orders" and see full order information
- Once you have received your payment confirmation, you can click on "Fulfillment" and the diamonds will be deducted from your account and sent to the buyer account automatically
- There are no charges on this process since you already purchased the package.
- You are free to send any amount of diamonds to any users including your account if you would like to use them for yourself from the "Transfer Diamonds button".
